Junior Hockey

Junior hockey provides a fun, supportive environment where kids can learn the game, build confidence, and make new friends. We offer age-based competitions suitable for beginners through to more experienced players. Anyone who is school-aged can play!

Junior hockey programs run on a Saturday morning at Dubbo Hockey Complex. 

Mixed Under 9s

• Game Day: Saturdays
• Game Time: 10:00am
• Season Dates: Saturday 18th April - Saturday 19th of September
• Focus: Introduction to hockey, basic skills, and fun gameplay

Dubbo Hockey is an official provider of the Hookin2Hockey Program. Hookin2Hockey is Hockey NSW’s official introductory program for young players. It’s a fun, modified program that teaches the basics of hockey through simple games and activities, with a strong focus on confidence, enjoyment, and skill development.
